Its night performance exceeded my expectations. Streetlights and neon signs produce a natural, gentle bloom, not the over-the-top effect you get with some other black mist filters. It’s also subtle enough in daylight for everyday, on-lens use.

I’ve recently started using the Thypoch Organic Black Mist Filter, and my first impression is that the effect is incredibly natural. Highlights are softened without making the image look blurry, and overall sharpness remains excellent. For portrait shots, skin texture appears smoother while retaining fine details — that was a pleasant surprise.
