LOGISTICS AND SHIPPING POLICY

These Terms and Policies (including the key terms summary and its English version) shall take effect on 20 December 2025.
Note: For orders placed prior to the effective date, the Terms and Policies in force at the time of order placement shall apply.

1. Delivery Scope

Customs Duties and Import Fees

Please note that our free shipping at Thypoch covers only transportation costs, not customs duties. You will be responsible for additional import fees (such as local taxes or customs duties), which will be collected by the shipping carrier (UPS, DHL, etc.) once the package arrives in your country.

If you would like to adjust the declared value to reduce customs duties, please leave a note when placing your order. We will adjust the declared amount accordingly to help lower this cost.and we will handle them accordingly once we receive your order.

Our warehouses are located in the U.S. (with in-stock items) and China. If your order is shipped to either of these two countries, you do not need to pay customs duties. However, if your order is shipped to a region outside the U.S. or China, you may be charged import handling fees (subject to local regulations).
The price displayed at checkout does not include these fees. Import fees vary by country and are determined by the customs authority of your country. Thypoch has no control over these fees and cannot predict the exact amount you will be charged. Please check with your local government for details on import and customs fees before placing your order.

If the item is not in stock in the U.S. and your order has to be shipped from China, you will still need to pay the corresponding taxes and customs duties.

2. Processing Time

Order Confirmation: After you successfully submit and pay for your order, the system will automatically send you an order confirmation email. All order processing times are based on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Chinese public holidays). If your order includes in-stock items, it will typically be processed and fulfilled within 2-5 business days (Monday to Friday) after placement.

During sale periods or in case of special inventory situations, we will notify you via email, and the shipping time may be slightly delayed.

Delivery Time: Once the package leaves our warehouse, we offer standard shipping via DHL/UPS/SF, and delivery time depends on the shipping method selected and your location. Please note that deliveries are generally not made on Saturdays or Sundays, and these days will be excluded when calculating delivery time.

Shipping to the U.S. (In-Stock Items): Our free shipping option will deliver your order within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends), depending on your specific location.

Shipping to Other Global Locations: All other orders are shipped from China. Once the package leaves our warehouse, it will typically arrive within 3-7 business days (excluding weekends) with free shipping. The exact time depends on the distance from our China warehouse to your location; delays may occur if there are customs clearance issues.

 

3. Serviceable Regions and Restrictions

Serviceable Regions: We support delivery to most countries/regions worldwide. You can check if your destination is covered by selecting it from the "Country/Region" dropdown menu on the checkout page.

Restricted Regions: Due to logistics provider capabilities or international shipping regulations, we are temporarily unable to deliver to a small number of specific countries/regions. If your address is not available for selection, it means delivery is not currently supported.

 

4. Order Information and Product Changes

If your order has not been shipped or a tracking number has not been provided, please contact us within 3 days of placing the order to modify the shipping details, products, or other order information. Reach out to us at store@thypoch.com., and we will adjust your order accordingly.

5. Returned Packages and Reshipping

If your package is returned by the carrier due to delivery failure (common reasons include):

1. No one available to sign for the package

2. Incomplete or incorrect address/name

3. Unclaimed package after notification

4. Unpaid customs duties

Once the package arrives back at our warehouse, we will resend it to you. You will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
If we attempt to contact you regarding the above issues and do not receive a response, or if you refuse the package and request order cancellation, you will be responsible for all related costs, including customs duties and round-trip shipping fees.

6. Shipping Exception Handling

Pre-Signature Inspection: When signing for the package, please inspect the outer packaging on-site. If you notice severe damage, deformation, or water damage, we recommend taking photos and contacting our customer service immediately.

Post-Signature Unboxing: We recommend recording a video while unboxing the package. If the product inside is damaged, please provide clear photos of the product, inner/outer packaging, and shipping label within 48 hours of signing. This will help us file a claim with the carrier and resolve the issue for you.
Lost Packages: If the shipping tracking information has not updated for more than 5 business days, please contact us promptly. We will handle the full tracking and claims process.

If the package arrives at the local logistics facility and remains unclaimed for more than 10 days, it will be automatically deemed as signed for. The warranty period will commence from the confirmed date of receipt.

7. Delivery Inspection and Signature

For orders valued over $700, we provide signature service free of charge. For orders under $700, you can purchase signature service if needed. The package must be signed for upon delivery to ensure it arrives safely and to prevent theft or other delivery issues.

If signature service is not purchased, and the shipping status shows "delivered" but you have not received the package (or it is stolen), we will assist with the investigation but cannot arrange a refund or similar compensation.
Since Thypoch products are typically high-value, please inspect the package upon delivery. Once you (or your agent) sign for the package, Thypoch will consider the package, quantity, and products to be accepted by you.
To avoid return shipping fees, please ensure someone is present to sign for the delivery. If the package is returned due to delivery failure, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.

8. Shipping to PO Boxes

We cannot deliver orders to PO box addresses in the U.S. or Canada, as our shipping carriers do not service these locations.

If you placed your order using a PO box address, please provide an alternative residential or commercial street address for delivery.
